Gary Cerrone provides over 30 years of executive experience in various industries. He is a results-oriented, energetic leader with a proven track record of providing strategic insights and financial leadership while aligning the operations of organizations.

Gary’s wide breadth of business experience includes technology, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, healthcare, energy, and education. He has worked with business start-ups, businesses experiencing the benefits and problems of high growth, and struggling organizations requiring strong guidance.

After working for several companies over the years, where he has held various executive positions (CFO, COO, President, & CEO), Gary started his own consulting practice in 2011. It was evident to Gary that the opportunities and challenges that companies face across all industries have elements that are essentially the same. By leveraging his extensive experience, Gary is able to provide his clients with a variety of “C Level” experience across many disciplines. Without question, the time Gary has spent operating his consulting practice has been the most rewarding time of his career.

  • Key operating executive who guided the growth of a distribution company from $14M to over $150M in 3 years.
  • Inspired a paradigm change in a marketing company’s strategic focus which enhanced their customer value proposition, product offerings and expanded profitability. This ultimately led to the company being acquired by a large private equity investment marketing firm.
  • Managed the acquisition of several companies, synergizing the operations of the newly acquired companies while expanding the parent company’s product offerings.
  • Successfully guided several client companies from a Chapter 11 filing to profitability. Both clients have remained profitable for the past 3 years.
  • Managed several companies through various levels of reorganizations and or cost reduction initiatives, while enhancing product delivery and service levels commitments.
